Procedure as to letters, etc.
(1)
If any such book, letter, postcard, telegram or other document is in the opinion of the High Court or a District Court wanted for the purpose of any investigation, inquiry, trial or other proceeding under this Code, the Court may require the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore to deliver that document to such person as the Court directs.
(2)
If any such document is in the opinion of the Public Prosecutor wanted for any such purpose, he may require the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore to cause search to be made for and to detain that document pending the orders of the High Court or a District Court.[58
