Order to be made
When a court acting under section 73, 74 or 75 considers it necessary to require any person to show cause under the section, it shall make an order in writing setting forth —
(a)
the substance of the information received;
(b)
the amount of the bond to be executed;
(c)
the term for which it is to be in force; and
(d)
the number, character and class of sureties, if any, required.[75[Form 12.]
