Section 24

Where it is necessary or convenient to do so for carrying out or giving effect to this Act or any regulations made thereunder, the Rules Committee may under section 80 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act [Cap. 322], make rules regulating the practice and procedure of any court in which proceedings may be taken by an aided person.
