Section 101

Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law relating to bankruptcy for the time being in force, no disclaimer, nor order for the discharge of a bankrupt, nor order for the annulment of an adjudication in bankruptcy, operates to divest the Official Assignee of registered land of which he is the proprietor until he has executed and caused to be registered such transfers or other instruments as may be necessary to give effect to any such disclaimer or order as aforesaid.[97
