Action following issue of certificate of title
When land has been brought under the provisions of this Act pursuant to a primary application, the Registrar shall —
(a)
cause to be made in the register kept under the Registration of Deeds Act [Cap. 269] an appropriate entry or endorsement of that fact; and
(b)
cancel all assurances lodged to support the primary application in so far as they relate to registered land, and retain in his possession or under his control such assurances as have been wholly cancelled.[11
