Protection of bona fide purchasers and of Registrar
(1)
Notwithstanding anything in this Act, no purchaser who has become a proprietor is subject to action for the recovery of land or of money on the plea that his vendor, or any predecessor in title, may have acted in bad faith.
(2)
Neither the Registrar nor any person acting under his authority is personally liable to any action, suit or proceeding in respect of any act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done in the administration of this Act.[136
