Effect of issuing a qualified certificate of title under sections 16 and 17
Upon the issue of a qualified certificate of title pursuant to sections 16 and 17, the following provisions have effect:
(a)
the proprietor of the registered land may deal with any part thereof subject to the provisions of this Act; and
(b)
except as provided by section 17(3) and (4), section 15 other than subsections (1) and (6) thereof, as well as the other provisions of this Act relating to a qualified certificate of title, apply thereto.[15
