Meetings and procedure
(1)
The Council shall meet at least 4 times in every year in the months of March, June, September and December, and may meet at such other times as may be considered necessary.
(2)
The quorum of the Council shall be 12.
(3)
Subject to the provisions of this Act the Council may regulate its own procedure.
