Section 15

It shall be the duty of the Appeals Board to hear and decide all appeals from the decisions of the Director‑General under this Act other than those expressly excepted under section 48(2)(a):Provided that the Appeals Board shall not hear an appeal from any Government teacher other than an appeal against the cancellation of his registration as a teacher.
