Registers of schools, etc.

(1)
The Director-General shall keep separate registers in which shall be entered —
(a)
the name of every school other than schools exempted from registration under section 3;
(b)
the name of every manager and of the supervisor of every such registered school;
(c)
the name of every teacher registered under Part 8; and
(d)
the name of every teacher to whom an authorisation to teach as an unregistered teacher has been issued under Part 9.

The Director-General shall enter in the registers such other particulars as may from time to time appear to him to be necessary.
