Section 37

Subject to section 38 on receiving an application duly made for registration as a teacher, and after such inquiry as may be necessary the Director‑General shall if satisfied register the applicant and issue to him a certificate of registration in the Form 5 set out in the Schedule or authority to teach as an unregistered teacher in accordance with section 41 or a permit to teach in accordance with section 44.
