Unlawful to assemble in school whose registration is cancelled, and powers of police to enter

Where the Director-General has cancelled the registration of a school and has not under the proviso to section 49(1) permitted the school to be carried on it shall be an offence for any pupil of the school or for any other person without the written authority of the Director‑General to be or to assemble on the premises thereof, and in every case to which this section applies it shall be lawful for any police officer to enter upon those premises and for such purpose to use such force as appears to him to be necessary.
