Section 51

Appointment of persons deemed to be inspectors

The Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint by name or office —

(a)

any officer of the Ministry of Education to be an inspector of schools;

(b)

any medical officer to be a medical officer of schools; and

(c)

any public health inspector to be a health inspector of schools,each of whom for the purpose of this Act shall be deemed to be an inspector of schools.
