Procedure on appeals

(1)
Any person wishing to appeal against any decision of the Director‑General shall within the period prescribed deliver to the Director‑General 2 copies of a written statement addressed either to the Minister or to the Appeals Board, as the case may require, stating concisely the grounds for his appeal.

On receiving such statement the Director‑General shall forthwith forward it to the Minister or the secretary of the Appeals Board, as the case may require.

As soon as may be after receiving such statement the Minister or the secretary of the Appeals Board, as the case may require, shall give to the appellant and the Director‑General at least 14 days’ notice of the date of hearing the appeal.
