Service of notices
Whenever in this Act or in the regulations made thereunder provision is made for the service upon any person of a notice in writing, it shall be sufficient service if the notice is served personally or sent by registered post to his last known address, and whenever the person to be served is a supervisor and cannot readily be found it shall be sufficient service to affix the notice to the building of the school of which he is the supervisor.
