Enforcement of contract made with government of Malaysia
Whenever any body of police from the police force of Malaysia is present in Singapore under the circumstances referred to in section 44, any contract of service made between any member of such body and the government of Malaysia may be enforced in Singapore in the same manner and with the like effect as if the contract had been made between that member and the Government of Singapore.
