Disposal of valueless unclaimed or intestate property
If, in the opinion of the Deputy Commissioner, any property referred to in sections 50 and 51 is of no appreciable value or its value is so small as to render impracticable the sale of such property as provided by those sections, the Deputy Commissioner may order the property to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as he thinks fit.
