Section 60

Enrolment of members of Special Constabulary

The Commissioner may enrol in the Special Constabulary —

(a)

any volunteer offering his services and desiring to serve as a member therein; and

(b)

any national serviceman.

No volunteer who is not a citizen of Singapore shall be enrolled by the Commissioner under subsection (1) without the approval of the Minister. [59
