Section 62

Every person enrolled under section 60 shall take an oath or affirmation in such form as the Minister may prescribe before a gazetted officer of the Police Force.

Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

This section shall not apply to national servicemen. [61
