Section 75

Upon the date of the commencement of this Act, every person who immediately before such date was serving in the Singapore Police Force constituted or deemed to be constituted under the Police Force Ordinance 1941 shall be deemed to be transferred to and to become, with the same rank, grade and seniority immediately before such transfer, a member of the Police Force as if he had been engaged or appointed under this Act and shall enter upon his duties immediately upon such transfer, and the provisions of this Act shall extend to every such person accordingly, and service under the Police Force Ordinance 1941 shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be service under this Act.
