Section 20

Section 20

Application

The provisions of this Act relating to —

(a)

levy of import duty;

(b)

search and seizure;

(c)

trials and proceedings; and

(d)

offences and penalties,shall apply so far as the same can be made applicable and are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Part to the importation of goods by post and to goods imported by post.
