Section 24

Powers while in transit in relation to baggage

Any Federal officer of customs may in any railway at any point between the Malayan Railway Station at Keppel Road, Singapore and the limits of Singapore exercise in respect of any passenger and the goods and baggage of any passenger in such railway all the powers and perform all the duties which he is authorised by this Act to exercise or perform at a collection station.
