Section 25

Neither the government of Malaysia nor any Federal officer of customs nor any other person employed in connection with the Malaysia Customs shall be liable to make good any loss sustained in respect of any goods by fire, theft, damage or any other cause while the goods are in any collection station or in the lawful custody or control of any Federal officer of customs or of any person employed in connection with the Malaysia Customs unless the loss is caused by the wilful neglect or default of such officer or employee.
