Section 45

Incorrect declaration and documents

Whoever makes, orally or in writing, or signs, any declaration, certificate or other document required by this Act which is untrue or incorrect in any material particular shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
