Section 5

Appointment of Federal Customs Officers

The President may approve the appointment by the Yang di‑Pertuan Agong of officers to be Federal Customs Officers and any such officer shall by virtue of such approval have and exercise all the powers conferred by this Act on Federal Customs Officers.
