Onus of proof of citizenship
If in any proceedings under this Act or with reference to anything done or proposed to be done under this Act, any question arises whether any person is a citizen of Singapore or an exempted person, the onus of proving that he is a citizen of Singapore or an exempted person lies upon that person.
