Power to sell and restrictions as to registration
(1)
The Board may, with the Minister’s approval, sell any developed land or part thereof.
(2)
The Registrar of Deeds and the Registrar of Titles must not, without the written consent of the Board, register any assurance relating to any developed land or part thereof which has been sold under the provisions of this Part.
(3)
The certificate of the Board that any developed land or part thereof has been sold under the provisions of this Part is conclusive evidence of that fact.[46
