Direction of Minister to be conclusive evidence
(1)
If any dispute arises or should a ruling be required as to whether any property is a commercial property within the meaning of this Act, a direction by the Minister to the effect that the property is, or is not, a commercial property is conclusive evidence for all purposes.
(2)
Every direction under subsection (1) is final and is not to be called in question in any court or tribunal.[62
