Saving
(1)
Nothing in this Part is to be construed to affect the right of the Board to enforce any breach of covenant, condition or undertaking under any licence, lease, tenancy or mortgage or any other agreement in respect of any flat or the right of the Board to compulsorily acquire, vest or forfeit any flat under this Act.
(2)
No such right of the Board is deemed prejudiced by reason only of the Board’s exercise of any power or performance of any act under this Part.[65L
