Aircraft arriving in or departing from Singapore
(1)
The captain of every aircraft which arrives in or leaves Singapore must land the aircraft at, or fly the aircraft away from, an authorised airport.
(2)
The captain of an aircraft who, without reasonable cause, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
