Removal of illegal immigrants
(1)
Any person who is convicted of an offence under section 5, 6, 8 or 9 is liable to be removed from Singapore by order of the Controller.
(2)
A citizen of Singapore convicted of an offence under section 5 must not be ordered to be removed from Singapore under this section.
