Visas essential for travel
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a non‑citizen must not travel to Singapore without a Singapore visa that is in effect.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a non‑citizen in relation to travel to Singapore if the travel is by a non‑citizen who holds and produces a valid passport from a territory that is approved by the Minister.
