Rules

The Minister may make rules generally to give effect to the provisions of this Act and, in particular, may by such rules provide for —

(a)

the forms to be used for the purposes of this Act;

(b)

the fees to be charged under this Act;

(c)

the books of account to be kept by a moneylender;

(d)

the manner in which accounts and files relating to loans by moneylenders are to be kept and the particulars to be entered therein; and

(e)

the maximum rate of interest to be charged for any loan or class of loans. [36
