Section 29
Determination of development charge, etc., not to be impeached for want of form
(1)
No determination of a development charge by the competent authority or any other sum due under this Act and no seizure or sale shall be impeached or affected by reason of any mistake in —
the name of any person liable to pay the development charge or other sum due;
the description of any land with respect to which the development charge or other sum is payable; or
the amount of the development charge or other sum or the mode of seizure and sale,provided that the provisions of this Act and any rules made thereunder are in substance complied with.
(2)
No proceedings under this Act for the recovery of any money shall be quashed or set aside in any court for want of form or procedure. [24
