Section 7

Penalty

If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of section 4 or 5 or any order made under those provisions or any direction given or requirement imposed under those provisions, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term of 2 years or to both.
