Section 9

Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act 1921 ceases to apply to country to which Part 1 applies

If the Minister makes an order under section 3 extending Part 1 to any part of the Commonwealth to which the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act 1921 applies, that Act ceases to have effect in relation to that part of the Commonwealth beginning on the date of the order.
