Power of Magistrate, etc., to enter and search
A Magistrate or senior officer of customs not below the rank of Assistant Director‑General of Customs may himself or herself do what he or she may under section 101 empower an officer of customs to do whenever the Magistrate or senior officer of customs is competent to issue a warrant under that section.
