Section 29

The Director‑General may, on an application made in accordance with the Schedule, make a ruling on any of the matters specified in the Schedule in accordance with the Schedule.

The Schedule applies to and in connection with an application under subsection (1) and any ruling made by the Director‑General under that subsection.

The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or revoke the whole or any part of the Schedule.
