Minister to prescribe fees, etc.
The Minister shall —
(a)
determine and prescribe the amount of fees to be charged in Government hospitals;
(b)
disburse for the proper purposes of such hospitals all sums available for those purposes, whether provided from the Consolidated Fund or contributed by any government or person, not being in either case sums the control whereof is expressly otherwise vested by law.
