Dispute as to employment in Government service
(1)
Where a Court has cognizance of a trade dispute in relation to employment in the service of the Government, the president shall so inform the President of Singapore.
(2)
The Court shall not exercise its powers or perform its functions in relation to the trade dispute so far as it relates to that employment except with the approval of the President of Singapore.
