Exercise of jurisdiction under certain sections

(1)
The powers of a Court under sections 25, 35, 39(4), 41, 43, 44, 56, 57, 58 and 82 shall be exercisable by the Court constituted by the president alone.

An application to a Court for an order under section 56, 57 or 58 may be made by any trade union or person interested or by the Commissioner, the Registrar or the Attorney-General.
