Section 37

Powers of closure

Any officer or person authorised to exercise the powers of entry or investigation under section 34 may, without prejudice to the exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, forthwith take such steps as he may consider necessary to close any entertainment or exhibition which he is satisfied is kept open in contravention of any order made under section 31 or 33.
