Section 39

Abetment and penalty

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Chapter or any order made or any condition imposed thereunder, or abets such contravention or failure, shall be guilty of an offence under this Part and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
