Section 45

Abetment and general penalty

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Part or any order made or any direction or instruction given or requirement imposed thereunder or abets such contravention or failure for which no special penalty is provided shall be guilty of an offence under this Part and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
