Section 62

Attempt to commit offences

Without prejudice to the operation of Chapter 5 and Chapter 23 of the Penal Code 1871, any person who whether within or outside a security area, while any proclamation under section 48 is in force, attempts to commit, or does any act preparatory to the commission of an offence under this Part shall be deemed to be guilty of that offence under this Part.
