Section 64

If any person contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Part, or any order made under or direction given or requirement imposed under any such section of this Part or, whether within or outside a security area, abets such contravention or failure, he shall be guilty of an offence under this Part; and subject to any special provisions contained in this Part or in any regulations made under section 72, a person guilty of any such offence shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
