Section 69

Where in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 or by any regulations made under section 72, possession is taken of any land, building or other structure or of any movable property or of any space or accommodation in any vessel, aircraft, train or vehicle, compensation in respect of such possession shall be assessed in accordance with regulations made under section 72.

For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that no compensation shall be payable to any person in respect of any damage or injury to his person or property caused by or consequent upon any act authorised by this Part or any regulations made under section 72, unless provision for such compensation is made by this Part or any regulations made under section 72.
