Section 70

Application of section 94 of Penal Code 1871

Section 94 of the Penal Code 1871 (which relates to an act to which a person is compelled by threats) shall have effect as if offences punishable with death under this Part were offences included in Chapter 6 of the Penal Code 1871 punishable with death.
