Section 48

Exemption

(1)

Nothing in this Act shall apply to any person, body or organisation to which the Insurance Act 1966 applies or which is registered under the Co‑operative Societies Act 1979 or the Trade Unions Act 1940.

(2)

The Minister may exempt any organisation, person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
