Section 3

Establishment and incorporation of National Theatre Trust

There is hereby constituted in Singapore a body corporate to be known as the National Theatre Trust (referred to in this Act as the Board) which —

(a)

has perpetual succession;

(b)

shall have a common seal; and

(c)

may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
